Blogger Templates : Visionary Reloaded
Ever since I had converted the Visionary template I was unhappy as it looked unfinished and had some bugs. Now for the second time I have looked trough the template code and made some improvements. First the tabbed menu supports now fully blogger widgets. Second I have added one more column to make it look better and I have cleaned up some mess in the css.

To change the navigation links and titles edit the template inside the edit html area of the administartion panel.
Find :
<!-- BEGIN TOP-NAV / FEEL FREE TO ADD MORE LINKS TO THIS PAGE -->
and change the links and titles for the top navigation on the next few lines.
Find :
<!-- BEGIN MAIN-NAV.PHP -->
and change the links and titles for the main navigation on the next few lines.
To edit the name of the tab navigation inside edit html mode find tab1 til tab4 and change to whatever you would like to name them

Hello Local Celebrity that is a common blogger error and this is what you can do about it.
In firefox go to tools select clear private data and choose to delete the cookies. restart your browser and try to upload the template
or
In internet explorer go to tools select internet options under browsing history select delete and then choose delete cookies. Restart internet explorer and try to upload the template.

I just downloaded the Visionary reloaded theme (I was using the older one, the Visionary I), and there's something odd with the sidebar margins as you can see here:

This is the template [i]as it is[/i], y haven't change anything here.
What can I do to fix it? I've tried to add some instructions to the margins on the CSS but didn't work. Thanks again

I'm totally lost on how to add content to the different tabs (like on the demo version.) Any ideas on how to do this (and while we're at it, remove the blogger navigation bar?)

I see a lot of you guys have problems with the tabs. There will be a video tutorial explaining this step by step. Probably tomorrow if I find some time. Stay Tuned ..
I love this template. The only problem is...none of my widgets work in Internet Explorer. They work fine in Firefox, but I know that IE has about 80% of the market share for browsers (though I don't know why).
Any suggestions? I really don't want to scrap my site because it took me too long to create it.

From my quick impression in your source code your espn widgets are making trouble. Try to disable them and then enable only one and see if the problem is still there, then try to put something else in the tabs. I will redo this template once again as it still has some bugs :(
Thanks for the advice. I removed the ESPN Widgets and added new ones and it shows up in IE. My search bar through adsense still doesn't show up in my header though. It is shown in Firefox and Google Chrome, but not IE.

Timethy - love the template, but hate the link border around an inserted header image. How can i turn this off (ie., Border-style=0). I can't figure out where the code is that enables the border. Best BB
Am I the only one getting a purple screen all of the sudden with an orange square around it? I checked another person's blog on here that used it and he's got the same thing on his gun blog. Yikes!

now if i could just get rid of the remnants of the last template i loaded, that polaroid one that's quite popular. if you look at http://gringozona.blogspot.com you'll see the "search keyword" box over where i'm trying to put the logo banner is stuck, and all the posts continue to have that red square icon left over from the poloroid template. i'm not sure what i can do as i've already deleted the old widgets. delete the old posts?
that must be something inside your template html, click on "Expand Widget Templates" and try to find "http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/hh92/eblogtemplates/polaroid/ico-hdr1.gif"
Well I woke up this morning and the same problem is back with the purple screen. I downloaded the new update instead of just replacing the one line and it's still like that. I noticed, though, this line is still there and has the "demo" address in it, does it need to be replaced as well?:

I have forgot to upload few javascript files used in the template on my server, so they have left been linked from the original creator. He has now replaced the content of those files with a nice square. The fixes are solving that issue as the files are now hyper linked from my server.

hy it must be something you did. might be a widget that is causing trouble or some modification to html of the template itself

Thanks for your quick reply. I did not change anything to the html. What I did in the widget section is just add the link to a weather website, the twitter website and one other website i-e www.weather.com for the weather website. Are there additional links I need to insert? Or do I need to insert video links? .
What I've noticed with the Comments is it only works when I choose the option " Full page" or 'Pop-Up Window' on the comment setting. When I used the "Embedded below post' option, then nothing happens when I click on ' post a comment'
I think I don't know how to edit the html for the widget section to get the Weather, youtube... appear. Do you just put one link u or are there different sections to edit. Sorry, I don't know much about html so if you could explain this section in detail that would be really helpful.Thanks again!
hi I just downloaded and installed the visionary reloaded templet on my Blogger blog, and it looks OK but the Gadgets don't work.

I liked your template very much choosen from more than watching 300 templates, urs is best, but i can see the lack of documentation for new bloggers like me, like how to make the tab work or how to add the new html/java scripts to the tab
i tried more than 2 days with my coding knoweldge :-( but could not do, even i see ur comments many have asked for the help, u have said there will be a video to help but i never see any link updated in the post or atleast was hoping a answer in comment but :-(
Please help us, by making a better documention on tabs atleast. IT will help all of us.

When i click to edit the widget or gadget is says
"We are sorry, this gadget appears to be broken.
This gadget has errors, and cannot be used until fixed. Learn more
We recommend that you remove this gadget.

I will be grateful to promote ur template if this is fixed
I will soon see what I can do, during the time this template is published blogger stuff might have changed something which makes the template display errors. It wasn`t perfect on the start either, unfortunatelly I did not had time to optimize more or make a video tutorial but I will in the next few days.

why do I get this error: Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Content is not allowed in prolog?
boohooo, i really like this template sooo much but I'm no techie person.
by the way, i copied the html that will "spread the word" :) this site is very helpful.
